While my suite was large, I was assigned an old room that wasn't ready upon my arrival. The location is ideal for shopping and close to Orchard Street, but about 15 minutes from the nearest MRT station. The dining experience was amusing with a robotic omelette maker, but the crowded cafe made it feel chaotic. Overall, a mixed experience with comfortable rooms and great service.
